I'd genuinely like to leave a great review, as I like to support independent retailers.... However... I placed an order on 24th Nov 2023, for items that were seemingly in stock, but at the time of writing this review I still have no idea of when I will receive my order. Since placing my order (for £150+) I have received multiple marketing e-mails but nothing updating the status of my order or indicating when I might expect to receive the items I have paid for. Not terribly impressed it has to be said.

Needed a specific awning for son, kept in basket to review. Contacted Newquay Camping Shop several times asking details, they quickly responded each time with valuable information, no delay!!! Ordered the item and received item within 3 days. Not yet tried but I’m sure any issues will be sorted. Price was very reasonable compared to other sites. Definitely recommend this store.
